Our basic service includes:

• A Key Holding Service
  
  
• A weekly/fortnightly visit to your home
  
  
• A full internal inspection including security plumbing etc. We will run your water to prevent it from becoming stale and check all electrical appliances and air the property
  
  
• A full external inspection including security
  
  
• Weekly pool maintenance including:
  
  
  • All filters checked and cleaned
  • Skimming of water surface
  • Water tested
  • Pool floor vacuumed
  • All chemicals included
    
    
• Weekly garden maintenance includes general tidy up weeding etc.
  
  
• A weekly reassuring email report on the safety and security of your home while you are away.

• Optional full 'industrial clean to include metal window grills, blinds and windows. Particularly useful if your villa has been empty for a considerable length of time. Cost €60 (£42).
