Property Management for your Guests

Perhaps you regularly rent out your property, maybe you let your friends and relatives use your property, or you may have long absences from your Spanish property then why not let us be of service to you. Our services include:

• Meet and greet your clients/guests when they arrive
  
  
• Show them where the fuse box is and how other equipment works
  
  
• Provide a welcome pack with tea coffee, milk, sugar and bottled water
  
  
• Inspection report on departure (damage, losses etc)
  
  
• Secure the property on their departure
  
  
• Laundry (bed linen and towels only) for 4 persons
  
  
• Property cleaning between lets
  
  
• Optional: We can hold a deposit (usually) €200 (£140) for emergency replacements or repairs
